Annual Report

The Challenge
Philly House needed an annual report that clearly communicated its mission, values, and impact while consistently applying a newly developed brand guide. The report also had to present detailed program data, financials, and community outcomes in a way that felt approachable, engaging, and easy to navigate for a broad audience.
The Solution
Using Philly House's new brand guide as a foundation, I designed a cohesive annual report that carried brand standards across typography, color, iconography, and layout. Mission-driven storytelling was supported by strong photography, value callouts, and consistent visual hierarchy. Multiple tables, icons, and infographics were integrated throughout the report to break up dense content and make key information easy to digest. The final result was a polished, on-brand report that balanced warmth, clarity, and transparency for both print and digital use.
